Application Policy & Procedures

Start your journey by filling out the FREE application below with your current medical education status. Based on your qualifications and specialty/location preferences, our system will match you with available U.S. Clinical Experience (USCE) programs in our network. You will receive a list of suitable options via email, typically within one business day.

No application or registration fees. Deposits made for program enrollment are applied toward program fees, which is due approximately four weeks before your start date (or later for expedited registrations). No payment is required until you confirm a program and schedule.

Before selecting a program, you can schedule a free consultation with our program coordinators to discuss eligibility, site availability, and the application process. After submitting your resume, you are also eligible for a complimentary consultation with one of our U.S.-based physicians.

Letters of Recommendation (LORs):

Earned LORs are issued within four weeks of completing your USCE.
All LORs are performance-based and personally written by your preceptor.
If needed, preceptors can upload LORs directly to ERAS for your residency application.

Deposit, Refund, & Rescheduling Policy

Students may place a $200 deposit for STANDARD or $500 for select PREMIUM programs scheduled more than 8 weeks in advance. Deposits are non refundable.
Full payment is required at least 4 weeks before the start date. (subject to change at the discretion of the program leader
Once a preceptor is assigned, tuition is non-refundable unless an official visa rejection notice is provided. However, students may reschedule to an equivalent program with at least 8 weeks' notice at no extra cost, pending availability.
Rescheduling within 8 weeks of the start date may incur an additional rescheduling fee, and program availability is not guaranteed.
Travel, lodging, and transportation expenses are the student’s responsibility. Program placement should not be the sole factor in travel arrangements.
Once an enrollment letter is issued, a $300 non-refundable hold applies, which is deducted from the total balance.
In case of visa denial, students can receive a full refund (minus the enrollment letter fee, if issued) upon providing official embassy documentation, including a rejection letter, application copy, and the city where the application was filed.

BBA Respiratory and Sleep Management LLC does not sell or rent personal data collected through our site. Personal information is used solely for the application and enrollment process. If, in the future, we collect additional data, the following guidelines apply:

We respect user privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws.
On occasion, we may use collected directory information to provide updates, promotions, or relevant program details.
Student reviews, testimonials, and feedback submitted to BBA Respiratory and Sleep Management LLC may be used for marketing purposes.
