Our programs have a minimum duration of 4 weeks. Tuition fees for a single 4-week block generally range from $2650.00 to $3200.00. We also offer discounted packages for students enrolling in 12 weeks or more.

Yes, deposits are available for select programs with start dates more than 8 weeks away. This ensures your placement and provides details on preceptor hospital affiliations. Please note that enrollment confirmation letters are only issued after full tuition payment and document submission. 

The full tuition balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the start date. For expedited enrollments (under 4 weeks), payment is due in full at the time of confirmation. Enrollment confirmation letters are typically issued within 2-3 business days after payment. 

Yes! We provide discounts for clinical packages of 12 weeks or more. Additional discounts are available for:

• Students enrolling in 12, 24, or 52-week packages
• Groups of 3 or more students
• Couples enrolling together
• Referral program participants (successful referrals earn discounts for current or future programs)

You can find our application form on our Apply page. Simply complete the free online application with your medical background and clinical preferences. No documents are required at the time of application. Our team will review your submission and match you with available programs that fit your qualifications and preferences. Expect an email with your options within one business day. 

Once your application is reviewed, you’ll receive a list of available programs via email. You can select your preferred rotation based on location, specialty, and schedule. If your start date is 8+ weeks away, you may place a deposit to secure your spot. After submitting the required documents and tuition balance, you will receive preceptor assignment details and scheduling information. 

Yes! Our preceptors ensure that candidates receive hands-on clinical training in a U.S. healthcare setting, including:

• Direct patient interaction
• Clinical documentation and exposure to Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Development of essential clinical and cultural competence skills

All rotations comply with local and state medical regulations.
